Location – Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai
Notice – Immediate to 15 days
Footprints tool SME
Exp – 6 – 9 years
– 5+ years of experience in BMC Footprints implementation & Administration
– Should have experience in installation and information gathering related to installation
– Should be well versed in system configuration : Authentication, Work Schedules, Chat, Contact Item, Master Contact Records & other miscellaneous system settings as per requirement
– should be proficient in business process templates, forms, business rules, workflow processes, Data Containers, User interface, Roles, Workspaces, knowledge base configurations
– should have experience in REST API based integration and bulk data imports
– Exposure to directly working with clients for solution consulting, requirement & data gathering
