We are looking for an Apprentice to join our Gurugram-based Information Technology operations team.

What You Will Do
Under supervision of the IT Operations team or delegated technical staff, the IT Intern assists IT staff to perform basic level work. You will be responsible for maintaining and supporting all the IT Operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support.
Organize and maintain IT resources and Inventory. Analyzing data to recommend improvements to existing systems or processes.
Setting up new computers, networks, and software for new employees
Providing support to IT staff by answering phones, processing paperwork, and responding to user requests
Installing operating systems and other computer software applications on new computers
Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all technology is working properly for the company.
Collecting, analyzing, and storing data for use in reports
Supporting the maintenance of existing computer systems, including troubleshooting problems with hardware and software
Assisting with computer network security by scanning for vulnerabilities and viruses
Experience: Fresher
Knowledge: Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,
Analytic & Strategic: You possess an analytical mind, enjoy solving problems, and have an ability to perform deep thoughtful analysis to discover solutions.
Collaborative Communication: You have a collaborative spirit that helps you work well with others and communicate effectively.
