you should apply if, you have:
5-8 years of experience in people-centric role such as business partnering and/or talent management preferably in consumer tech
proven ability to understand business needs and translate them into organizational priorities, champion adoption of people mechanisms
proven track record in managing diverse team pools with evident improvement in culture and organizational behavior through sound people practices and programs
excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders on diversified asks
comfort working in a fast paced environment with competing priorities and an ambiguous yet creative and collaborative work environment

solid understanding, passion to build/invent and experience delivering HR/People technology programs and roadmaps
