Job ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Global Supply Manager – PCB, Mechanical, and Electrical/Electronics to be responsible for selecting and purchasing quality products for our businessYour responsibilities will include negotiating with suppliers, new supplier and technology identification, working with engineering to source new components for cost competitiveness and supply assurance.You will work with cross-functional teams across all departments to anticipate and forecast the needs of the business and make purchase decisions based on demand.You will also identify opportunities for and lead early supplier engagement throughout the development phases and product qualifications.You will build strong strategic relationships with supply partners to ensure project timing and cost targets are met.You will need to be business oriented in addition to commodity knowledge and strong negotiator.The position requires an interest in market dynamics, negotiation and pricing, manufacturing processes, and risk mitigation.Required Skills / Experience10+ Years of experience supply chain, with deep network in sourcing/procurement of PCB, Mechanical, and Electrical/ElectronicsResult Oriented personality and an independent playerAble to present well to both Customers, Management and SuppliersStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsSuperb communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle sudden setbacksA knack for negotiationsWillingness to operate in a dynamic environmentAbility to make quick decisions with 80% informationThirst for knowledge and the ability to learn quicklyInterest in technology and/or operations (experience preferred but not required)Willingness to travel internationally (20% – 30% depending on commodity)Technical SkillsSAP S4 HanaMicrosoft ExcelPower BI or equvivalant Dashboard tools
