Graduate candidate required with Age between 18 to 35
Two wheeler must
For TSM/ Team leader minimum 4+ years experience required in Mortgage/ Home loan/LAP sales required
For Counsellor/ Sales executive- Minimum 1 year experience in Mortgage/Home loan/LAP sales required
Candidate will be visiting and generating the lead for Mortgage/ Home loan
Candidate will be working in field for closure of loans
Structuring solution depending on customers requirement.
Responsible for new client acquisition
Engaging with customers to enrich the relationships and provide solutions to meet various needs of the customer.
Provide complete and comprehensive information on products, services offered by the Bank and ensure best services are provided to them.
Achieve individual targets and grow account profitability, while maintaining a high service standard and compliance
Ensure stability of income from existing set of clients and explore avenues for new income generation from existing as well as new clients
