Required Qualifications
Overall, 15+ years of experience in the auto industry, with a minimum of 5-10 years of hands-on experience in cyber security.
Ability to solve complex client problems using technical know-how, understanding of the industries and analytical mindset.
Demonstrate ability to Design, Build and Deliver solutions individually and with teams.
5 – 10+ years of domain/functional experience in one or more of the following:
Vehicle Product Development Process
Involved in the development of Electronic and/or Software Components
Requirements Management, including ASPICE and AUTOSAR standards
Systems Engineering
Systems Modeling of Electrical and Electronics Architecture
DFMEA and PFMEA
Auto Software Development (Agile Methodology)
At least 5-10+ years of experience with one or more of the following:
Verification & Validation (Hardware/Software in the loop)
Cybersecurity of embedded hardware and software
Connected car security
TARA
Architecture assessment
Auto Pen Testing
CSMS Implementation
Software quality
Secure Software development for the Auto Industry
A minimum of 5 years consulting and/or industry experience in one of the following: Automotive, Industrial Products, Aerospace & Defense, High Tech, Medical Devices, Consumer Products
A minimum of 5-10+ years of cyber security consulting and/or industry experience with complex engineered products that are a combination of Hardware and Software
A Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science/Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Ability to travel up to 50% – 70% of the time
Executive presence and ability to communicate thoughts and ideas.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Embedded and/or Connected Software and Services
Project Management experience
Strong oral, and written communication skills and presentation skills
Ability to express thoughts using PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Analytics tools
Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Requirements Management and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Tools, UML Architecture Design Tools
People with Cyber certifications like CISSP, OSCP, ISA 62443, ISO 26262, GIAC, GICSP, expertise in ISO 21434 etc., will be preferred.
