Serve as the resource leader at the Delta Tech Hub Bangalore for the IT Operations Excellence as well as the larger IT Transformation teams in Vendor Management operational execution, strategic development, material creation, and data reporting / visualization / analysis efforts.
Grow and lead the DTH IT Operations Excellence team.
Program manage cross-functional transformation efforts that touch every aspect of the Delta IT department.
Drive the strategic review of business operations strategy, policies, and goals with a focus on long-term business planning requirements.
Identify and develop relationships with points of contact across departments and strategic partners to propel change that is mutually beneficial.
Work with team to conduct appropriate research to support strategies and create roadmaps to advance initiatives. Conduct fact-finding and assessments to gather and analyze data as needed.
Adapt existing methods and procedures to create alternative solutions to complex problems.
Determine methods and procedures on new assignments with minimal guidance and use own judgment to determine optimal solution to recommend.
At least 10+ years of work experience including several years of people-leadership.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is required.
Intimate understanding of sourcing trends for contingent worker data reporting and scorecards.
Promote consistency in the application of data to measure performance. Drive improvements in the visualization of data, including divisional and departmental dashboards.
The ability to work with and concisely visualize large volumes of data from various data sources to improve IT processes within operations, application development, and delivery management.
Extraction of financial data from invoices for payment analysis and research.
Mastery of Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Visio, Project, and Word.
Experience with a variety of databases and structures, and expertise with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and others.
