1 GRN Booking against received Invoice. 2 Invoice Generation against Loading slip. 3 DRR sheet updatation and shared with relevant stake holders. 4 DOR sheet updatation and shared with relevant stake holders.

5 Vehicle Placement at Dock against received Plan. 6 Generation of Job work/DA/E-way bill. 7 Co-ordination with Transporters. 8 Ensure 100% Live Transporeon entry.

9 Invoice weight Vs. Weighment weight verification. 10 Inventory cycle count Punching in system 11 TO creation based on FEFO. 12 FGTV Sign off at shift Level 13 Record keeping and filing of documents.

14 Maintain 5S of office area.
