Will be the Point of contact for the country lead to receive the request for User Profile Administration.
Ensure that the details are received as per the standard process and entered or uploaded as the case may be in EtQ System.
Should maintain the data in a simple and organised manner to be able to do some analysis on it. The data also needs to be managed as per the process documented.
Must carry out data integrity and compliance check processes as laid down in SOP.

Highlight & challenge data anomalies with the Country Leads prior to the production of monthly reports.
Follow up with Country Lead [or any specific person assigned for the task] in case of any issues and data integrity and compliance after reporting closure in order to resolve it before the next reporting cycle.
Escalate any issues or roadblocks which require senior management attention.
Comply with the established issues tracking procedure
Any system issues to be reported to right contact ensuring the ticket is raised and right methods are followed.
Work up on the performance feedback provided by customers or line manager/senior mgmt
Responsible for extracting reports through set templates or crate manually at the required frequency as needed

Plan and deliver tasks and in agreed time scales

Maintaining high level of accuracy and completeness to the tasks performed relating to day-to-day transactions in system
