Duration: 6 months (Hybrid work model- 3 days in office and 2 days work from home)
Allowance: INR 15,000 per month
The Accounts Receivable Intern team will report to the Team Leader. The Accounts Receivable Intern is a member of a team of accountants, overseeing all accounts receivable duties of a given geographical region.
To succeed in this role, you are a team player with the ability to create an atmosphere of motivation and enthusiasm to be part of building up the Global Centre. You will play a key role in service implementation of the Accounts Receivable processes.
Key Tasks
Sending email reminders to customers
Making calls to customers, Handling disputes
Payment plan handling, administrative tasks
Updating customer master data
Refund preparation and review
Perform collection calls on assigned customer accounts
Process customer credit applications
Create and maintain customer profiles
Provide timely and accurate correspondence with internal and external customer
Smooth closure of the month-end related activities
