Represents the hospital administration during off-business hours. Manage crisis situation. Serves as a management liaison for all business operations, patient services, patient safety, and security. Investigates and resolves complaints from patients, hospital staff and the public. Assures flawless delivery of emergency and emergency support services. Oversee functioning of para-medical, non-medical and other services. Mediates between medical, nursing, and other support services to ensure seamless patient care services. Meet-up with all night-time unit In-charge concerning to their function and issues (if any); connect with the required resources and provides support for safe and smooth operations. Co-ordinate with external vendors and legal agencies. Observe operations to recommend adjustments in the departmental staffing, systems, and procedures. Escalates issues and risks for resolution to unit heads and management. Report management on daily basis the night operation activities, Key indicators, issues and risks. Performing any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
