JD for Role : FULLSTACK DEVELOPER  (WordPress, WooCommerce, Elementor, PHP, HTML, jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, MySQL)
Position : LEAD among SENIOR / MANAGER / LEAD / TALENT
I. Requirements
a. Collaboration
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team of designers, digital marketers, product managers, 
technical solutions managers and be involved in the application and design lifecycle 
b. Language Exposure
Use programming languages such as HTML, C++ and Java to develop, maintain, and 
optimize applications and web interfaces 
c. Requirement Aggragation
Work with Technical Solutions Manager to defne and communicate technical and design 
requirements 
d. API Development
Build robust product features or APIs to enhance website experience and usability 
e. Code Standardisation
Write clean, reusable code that is scalable and can be used in the future 
f. Testing Exposure
Perform tests, troubleshoot and fx bugs and functionality errors 
g. Project Management Standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and sprints 
h. Functional Translation
Implement functionality requests 
i. Test Case Generation
Develop automated performance tests (ie. speed) to ensure KPIs and business needs are 
met 
j. DMT Interaction
Get feedback from and build solutions to support the Digital Marketing Team 
k. Documentation
Write functional requirement documents and guides 
l. SEO Experience
Maintain SEO principles 
m. Website Availability Monitoring
Ensure websites are accessible, according to required laws and standards, across 
multiple platforms, including desktop and mobile 
n. Continual Improvement
Routinely test websites for ease of use, speed and other quality factors 
II. Desired Requirements
a. Exposure Attributes
Exposure to management of ARIA, contrast requirements, and more.
Exposure to confgure Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics etc would be an added 
advantage.
Integration capabilities to / from Web builders like Elementor, Godaddy, Hostinger, 
Bluehost, HostGator, iPage etc

• The Work location will be Bangalore/ Remote, normally 5 days a week, with on-demand working with US TIMINGS (EST) 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM
• Once the office facility is set up, candidates need to be working from Office, mostly.
• The availability of the resources shall be ensured exclusively and continually.
