Objective:

Required Freshers and Experienced Customer Support Executives to handle customer email / calls and inquiries for EduTech Products. The Job requires handling of Inquires from different channels including Emails / WhatsApp chats/ Website Forms etc.

Process

• Collection of Queries from WhatsApp , Calls , Forms , Live Chats etc
• Shorting based on Departments (Sales/ Technical support / Business Inquiries etc)
• Assigning to Departments and Tracking
• Reporting

Skill Required

• Very Good English (we primary deals with international clients and education institutes)
• Excellent Knowledge of Email and Document handling (Drafting Proposals, Estimates etc), Working with MS Office and Similar Cloud Tools
• Knowledge of E commerce and Internet is Plus
• Able to work with Team and manage productivity
• Able to adhere the guidelines.

Additonal

• 5 days of training will be included
• This job does not carry any sales target
• Personal Laptop and Smart Phone is a plus
• Candidate with Computer Experience or Website handling / Designing experience will get preference
• Job is restricted to Allahabad / Uttar Pradesh Only

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Salary: ₹9,530.83 – ₹27,033.54 per month
