Surveyor will be responsible for Surveying and helping the civil teams to complete projects on time, on budget, and within scope. If you believe you are self-starter, capable of delivering projects & show amazing attention to detail, let’s meet.
Your responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys in order to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed.
Verify the accuracy of survey data such as measurements and calculations, reference points at site.
Direct or conduct surveys in order to establish legal boundaries for properties, based on legal deeds and titles.
Record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features.
Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics of terrain.
Prepare or supervise preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys
Coordinate findings with the work of engineering and architectural personnel, clients, and others concerned with projects.
Adjust surveying instruments in order to maintain their accuracy.
Determine longitudes and latitudes of important features and boundaries in survey areas, using theodolites, transits, levels, and satellite-based global positioning systems (GPS) & GIS.
Topographic survey using total station, All kind of Setting out / layout, alignment surveys, route surveys ,etc
Preparation of Survey & setting of Drawing
Familiar with Trimble, Total Station, AutoCAD, Surveying, Quantity Estimation.
Prepare sketches and notes , and perform electronic data collection.
Conduct physical Civil / Land surveys using a variety of equipment and tools
Prepare site surveying documents as needed
Process field data , coordinate field staff , and interface with CADD group
Verify the accuracy of survey data , including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites
Schedule project in logical steps and budget time and resources required to meet deadlines and profitability targets , Review CAD drawings prepared by survey technicians
Calculate areas of land parcels and easements to be acquired using mathematics and computer software
Researches previous survey evidence , maps , deeds , physical evidence , and other records to obtain data needed for surveys
Skill sets/Experience we require:
3 – 5 years of proven experience in surveying residential & plotted development projects.
Knowledge with Total Station operation , Strong in AutoCAD , Knowledge in GPS , Triangulation / Trisection / Traversing , Topography Knowledge
Problem and conflict resolution skills, ability to prioritize work tasks, and teamwork is required.
Good communication skills and ability to build solid relationships with team members

Pedigree:
Diploma or equivalent degree in Surveying
