Ericsson Looking for M&C Designer at Gurgaon, Haryana Full Time

We are looking for a Graphic / Motion Graphics Illustrator with demonstrated skill in creating illustrations and storyboards for a creative video production flow. This role envisages the creation of illustrations and storyboards based on the client brief and against the given video scripts. Expertise in illustration and video or visualization tools is a must. The foundation for the role is the understanding of stakeholders’ needs and the ability to turn them into concepts and motion graphic designs in line with the Ericsson brand.

What you will do

Lead the communication related to your assignment with internal customers, who are marketing and communication experts across Ericsson’s customer and internal interfaces

Understand the content from the brief, analyze the audience, and follow the script to create illustrations and storyboards

The ability to create sketches by hand and using the Illustrator tool is a must.

Expected to provide creative inputs by participating in creative ideation and improving the visual designs in the designated design tools to solve client problems.

Work with the team to develop the complete solution.

You will bring

Education: Bachelor’s degree in design/ video or graduate with diploma/certification in design/ video

Work experience: 6-8 years as illustrator/ graphic designer in a creative agency.

Project/ workgroup experience (nice to have): Painting and sketching!

Tool Experience: Solid understanding of Adobe Illustrator and In-design. Additional demonstrable competence in Adobe designing and video editing suites would be an added plus.

Additional Requirements:
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills!

Understanding of digital and print communications.

Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Self-starter and motivated individual with the ability to work independently.
