About the Role:
Provide all necessary information to supervise the Manager -( UGP) (Unità Gestionale Prodotto) through activities of monitoring and analysis of the performance of labor and productive lines and through drafting of managerial reports.
Main Responsibilities:
Monitor progress of the relevant KPIs in line with SQCDME principle for Production
Maintain Production Master Plan for factory with the help of Plant Manager
Actively contribute and lead H&S in the respective department
BUDGET
Maintenance Budget: provides to the UGP (Unità Gestionale Prodotto) and the Maintenance all necessary figures to draft the budget
Budget for investments provides to the UGP (Unità Gestionale Prodotto) and the Maintenance all necessary figures to draft the budget
Drafts the budget for general expenses
USE OF PRODUCTION FACTORS
Collaborates with the RdL in the optimization of the use of the production through specific analysis
Manages UGP (Unità Gestionale Prodotto) inventory, inserting, verifying and updating data in the system
Gives to SCI Plant division data regarding packaging / semi-finished / raw material, in case of mid-week modifications of production plan
MAINTENANCE
Is consulted in the planning of scheduled maintenance activities for the definition of the intervention timing
CONTINOUS IMPROVEMENT
Supports the RdL in the identification of improvement initiatives
Identifies and proposes improvement areas for the activities of his competence
MONITORING OF PERFORMANCES
Carries out the actual production, line performance analysis, monitoring of the use of production factors in collaboration with the RdL, and with the support of the RTO for the gathering and analysis of the figures
Takes part in the production meetings presenting the analysis arising from the monitoring of the performances
PRODUCTION SCHEDULING
Collaborates with the Production scheduling responsible in the draft of the weekly production scheduling with the support of the UGP (Unità Gestionale Prodotto) Manager and the RdL (when present)
Collaborates with UGP (Unità Gestionale Prodotto) Manager and the RdL (when present) in performing gap analysis, providing all necessary figures
Who we are looking for:
B.Tech/BE (Food Science) with 4 to 7 years relevant experiance
Good knowhow of food process industries, manpower handling skill, computer proficiency, ISO 22000, auditing, 5S, Process improvement, H&S
