At First Due, a leading vertical SaaS technology company providing a best-in-breed end-to-end platform for Fire and EMS agencies, customers are the heart of what we do and every customer touchpoint matters. We are searching for an organized, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to assist the First Due Marketing Team in all aspects. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be involved in social media, content creation, project management, product marketing, event marketing, and customer communication. You will also build relationships across the internal First Due team to meet the needs of all departments, as well as build external relationships with the public safety agencies we work with across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in social media calendar management, collection of content, execution of social campaigns, and manage analytics
Work closely with Marketing and Design teams to plan and create content for company and customers, including social media campaigns, long- and short-form content, event promotion, and product marketing
Creation of marketing assets for company sales demonstrations, as well as creation of custom marketing assets for customers
Assist with client communication and scheduling for different marketing projects that require client participation; assist in the execution and ongoing communication these projects require for completion
Work alongside Marketing and Client Success teams to plan and execute the creation and distribution of campaigns, including training content, webinars, release notes, and important feature updates
Work with the Marketing and Sales teams to launch web pages and create material for events and speaking engagements
Key Qualifications & Experience:
3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in a remote-first SaaS organization
Experience with social media platforms
Experience in working with external stakeholders and partners
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly detail oriented
Motivated and proactive in creating and improving processes and workflows
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Good to have: Experience with CRM software
