Key responsibilities:
Cooperate closely with the Project Directors & Project Coordinators in Denmark on all project related tasks
Develop/Update/revise project schedule in ATLAS ERP system
Add missing sales prices, Missing data, Add/revise stakeholders for transmittal in ATLAS
Dispatches Project Documentation to both Clients and Sites (offline CD ‘s and hardcopy)
Monitor and follow-up on Project deliveries in ATLAS
Monitor and follow-up on Corrective Action deliverables in Intelex system
Coordinate travels for both Project Management and the Site Management team including Visa application
Prepare internal and customer reports together with the Project team
Follow-up on project deliverables executed out of India
Qualification / Work Experience:
Experience with international projects
You have a positive personality that motivates your team and you enjoy working with different types of cultures
Positive mindset and good people skills
Proactive mindset and Proactive nature and decisive
Effective and efficient coordination
Structured record keeping
Good communication skills (multilingual, however, fluency in English is a must both verbally and in writing)
Very experienced in the use of MS office package especially Excel and PowerPoint
