Summary/ Objective :
To take care of assets and inventory management roles in the R&D Department and inter-departmental coordination.
Required Qualification
At least 1-year full-time experience in any reputed institute/R&D organization.
Graduate (10+2+3 or 10+2+4) from any reputed national or international university.
Desired Qualification:
Experience in Assets Management or Inventory Management.
Proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel.
Experience with Tally.
Job Description
To plan and forecast the inventory of R&D.
To manage and maintain the current inventory of the R&D Department and monitor all assets and space/labs/rooms in R&D custody. Maintaining and tracking inventory on Tally ERP.
To process monthly, short-term, and mushroom RM indents and tracking indents.
To receive, unpack, labels shelve in R&D stores. To maintain relevant files and records.
Sourcing of vendors for materials of R&D. Identifying third-party labs (and quotation) as per the requirement of the R&D Department for various services.
To perform the physical count of inventory, the cycle count of inventory, the auditing of instrumentation and materials, and the reconciliation of actual stock count to the Tally ERP report.
To maintain live updates of the R&D Department’s inventory status and handle petty cash and cash-related payments and expenses per project.
To coordinate with the Maintenance team with regard to the breakdown of equipment and follow up until resolution.
To identify possible vendors for tools and instrumentation (and obtaining quotations) as per the requirement of the R&D Department
To support the R&D Department in basic logistics and administration of day-to-day work as the single point of contact of R&D for specific other departments such as the Procurement Department and Instrumentation Department.
