Inviting applications for the role of Consultant, Data Management & Reporting

·Proficiency in SQL Server, advanced MS-Excel and VBA

·Working knowledge of PowerBI

·Knowledge of MS-Access would be an added advantage (Optional)

·Domain Knowledge – Should have knowledge of US P&C and Specialty Insurance Industry

·Proficient in coordinating with Internal/External stakeholders along with process management

Responsibilities

·Understand client requirements and work on scheduled tactical reports

·Develop an understanding on available SQL scripts/stored procedures in the process and make minor changes in them whenever necessary after coordinating with Onshore team.

·Own the responsibilities assigned and must be able to prioritize deliverables in hand as per the need of the hour

·Coordination with client on daily deliverables, as and when required.

·Maintaining process SLA/KPIs are per the set targets

·Ensure timely/accurate delivery of reports as per the schedule set in the starting of the month

·Managing/keeping process inventory like different trackers, SOPs, Process flows etc. accurate/up-to-date on regular basis

·Coordinate with other team members in order to ensure smooth delivery of tasks scheduled/assigned

·Managing internal/external stakeholders seamlessly

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications
• B.Tech, MCA or M.Com Post Graduate

· Preferred qualifications
Excellent communication skills with analytical mind set
