Inviting applications for the role Management Trainee- Site Logistics Manager
Responsibilities
• Facility Management – Complete in-house Facility Management- Housekeeping services, Event Management, Client Management, helpdesk management, Security services, P & M services for internal customers.
• Ensure the checklists provided for all I&L functions are updated and reported out monthly like FCI, Sustainability etc…
• Client visits – managing end to end solutions.
• Security operations – manage the ground operations and documents pertaining to audit, monitor the manpower as per agreed deployment.
• Validated bills submission to local SPOC and finance on-time for processing.
• Follow Procurement and reimbursement process as per Company norms.
• Monitor and inspect building / premises ensuring safety and security of employees and assets. Shall be on toes to address facility /employee related issues.
• Vendor Management – Identify suitable vendors for repairs & maintenance of office equipment /electrical appliances/furniture/building etc. Ensure timely payment to all vendors / service providers etc.
• Maintains cordial and working relationship with Government officials, building maintenance staff, Facility Managers of neighboring premises and others.
• Work with the Manager of Facilities for ensuring compliance to the Statutory Requirements as applicable to facility
• Ensure and monitor all facility compliances with all applicable norms & laws
• Supervision and connect with Engg leads for General Maintenance – Complete supervision of Repair & Maintenance – Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Air Conditioning, UPS etc. so as to ensure that they are under perfect working condition.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
o Minimum Graduate from a reputed institute with experience in field of multi discipline assignment related to infra and logistics management in Corporate/Government environment.
o Preferably they should have some knowledge and experience in dealing with Government departments and civic authorities and related procedures and guidelines.
o Proven ability in planning, track record for improving process efficiencies and solving problems.
o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects.
Preferred qualifications
o Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and internal personal skills
o Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate team
o Reasonable expertise in MS OFFICE and MIS preparation power point and MS excel.
