Responsibilities
Manage payroll and related tax and social security compliances for mobile employees Responding to employee queries on their onsite taxes Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on issues impacting employee compliances Data and records maintenance Working on the annual/ year-end employee benefit authorization Ideate on process improvements. Assisting with entity and employee level audits, as necessary
·The candidate will manage payroll and tax related compliances for mobile population.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
Master’s Degree with finance/ tax as specialization
Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint Good communication skills – both oral and written Eye for detail with knack for process improvisation Should be able to handle work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred qualifications
Basic knowledge of mobility processes Understanding of tax nuances pertaining to international assignments Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills Knowledge of other countries’ tax basics will be an added advantage.
