Possess a strong knowledge of DevOps concepts and hands-on experience.
Take full responsibility for key activities within the agreed SLA and adhere to ITIL processes.
Escalate issues that cannot be resolved in a timely manner.
Maintain flexibility in working hours to meet team demands, including the willingness to work different day and night shifts.
Maintain a knowledge base and share experiences with support team members.
Utilize business and application knowledge to investigate and address raised issues, assisting in the production of incident reports for shift handovers.
Resolve user queries.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in application support and monitoring jobs.
Technical competency in the following:
Proficiency in Oracle/Sybase databases, including SQL & PL/SQL.
Previous experience working in Unix environments and expertise in Shell scripting.
