Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Act as a first point of contact to the customer from Insurer Point of View
2.Respond to queries from employees of the corporate through calls and e-mails
3.Maintain monthly reports on claims and TAT of the Same
4.Collection of Reimbursement claims from Customer in their Office weekly once
5.Follow up with Claims team to maintain the TAT
6.Coordinate with Client HR for Data Updating on monthly basis and follow up for endorsements.
