Supervising and developing the regional marketing budget
2. Forecasting marketing needs in the local area and work with teams to achieve the decided marketing plan 3. Ensure all the marketing activities fits the company’s image by following the branding guidelines
4. Liaison with local businesses to create awareness in the local area
5. Analyzing local competition and strengthening the company’s brand position in assigned regional areas. 6. Identify and suggest events to attract new customer audience and work closely with camp operations team to implement them
7. Liaison with other local businesses to create awareness of campsite in the local area
8. Visit corporates to promote the campsite and bring in business
9. Regularly meet the customers at the campsite to identify their needs, improve their experience and upsell the other products of company
10. Evaluating productivity and marketing strategies’ return on investment (ROI).
Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate from any stream (Preferably marketing)
• Minimum 2 yrs. Experience in business development or local area marketing
• Ability to use Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook
• Good communication & presentation skills in English or local language
• Working ability of English Speaking & Skills
• Ability to negotiate and find synergies
• Good Budgeting skills
• Should be able to analyze date and improve the marketing plan
Growth & Compensation:
1. Fixed Salary of Rs. 2.30-2.50 Lakh per Annum
2. Attractive incentive structure after probation
