Responsibilities:Transformation Champion is responsible for Owning and Managing Transformation outcomes for an entire Functional LineS/He will be working with the Service Delivery Lead for the functional Line and would be responsible for understanding, assessing, identifying transformation opportunities and driving this to outcome and benefit realizationResponsible for Ideas and opportunities, solution and transformation outcomes / meeting overall objectives and Alignment to identified Transformation commitmentsPrimary Owner for Identification, Pipeline management, prioritization, business case and value realization for meeting transformation targets for their TrackWorking with Business Leaders, Team Leads, SMEs and Process Owners for selection , execution , adoption and realization of initiatives and projectsStandup Cross-functional teams leveraging their support, expertise in creating and defining appropriate interventions including solution design and change management plansExecution of agreed Transformation interventions based on Business case and target Outcomes (KPI/SLA and other key measures)Tracking and monitoring and facilitating realization of transformation outcomesCreating relationships with Functional and / Senior Leadership to drive transformations and changeEngage in constant communication with key stakeholders to identify and implement solutions, find and adopt best practices and ensure harmonious relationshipsCollaborate with internal/external stakeholders and technology teams in executing initiatives / project plans, oversee development of key performance metrics, deployment of reporting dashboards and periodic presentations for leadership teamLead the cross-functional teams of Analyst, Leads, SMEs and developers for implementing and responsible for end to end life cycle of the transformation initiativeBring to bear industry best practices related to business transformation, Platform migration and automationLeverage Industry-knowledge and Business Process Management skills to Drive process optimization and transformation initiatives that have an impact on the Service Delivery SLAs, Metrics and ProductivityWork with the Service Delivery teams including Network Technicians, Order Management, SMEs, Trainers in developing end-end Process Documentation (process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures)Leverage Industry-knowledge and Business Process Management skills to Drive process optimization and transformation initiatives that have an impact on the Service Delivery SLAs, Metrics and ProductivityWork with the Service Delivery teams including Network Technicians, Order Management, SMEs, Trainers in developing end-end Process Documentation (process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures)Qualifications & ExperienceOver 15+ yrs of overall experience in Networking and/or Telecom with specialization in the Managed NetworksKnowledge in networking concepts – DNS, DHCP, IP, PIP, TCP and OSI model, routing, switching, sub netting and network topologies , WLAN, VLAN, SDWAN tagging and configuration etc.Experience in leading transformation and functional excellence initiatives with strong understanding of the inter-relationships between functions in an operational environmentExperience in Process Assessment, Process Mapping and Modelling and BPMNHave a very good understanding of the business aspects of managed network services covering all or most functional areas of Service Assurance, Security, Service Delivery and Service Management to be able to drive key stakeholders in identifying process solutions and build knowledge of industry trendsExperience with BPM modeling tools (e.g. Visio, BlueWorks, Adonis, Celonis)Experience in designing and Reviewing end-to-end (E2E) business process flows (BPMN)Strong skills in the areas of business turnaround, value creation, customer management, leading/integrating global teamsExperience in improving Business Outcomes/Metrics – MTTR, Availability, Incident Response/Resolution, Cycle Time, SLAs, Customer Satisfaction, Project Defects etc.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationship with internal and external stakeholdersExperience in Project Management and GovernanceAbility to think out of the box” and manage “problems” proactivelyAgile and innovative to cope with rapid changes in terms of tech evolution and stakeholder requirementsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously – implementations, support etc.Excellent analytical
