Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong relationships with prospects
Should be able to generate leads
Own the experience we give every prospective customer from the first time they interact with us
Be responsible for achieving sales targets by working with their own team.

Lead alternate channel of Sales – Residence visits, design/sales at show flats, apartment activities
Be the Lead Designer for a set of HomeLane customers, from Lead generation to first meeting to order booking to design finalization
Collaborate with the customer, understand their requirements, and give them the best design solution for their home, including but not limited to, quoting, detailed designing, and getting production drawings ready for manufacturing.
Focus on priorities and execute multiple design projects. Analyze sales reports, project TAT and customer satisfaction
Job Requirement
Expertise and Qualifications:
Should have a minimum of 5 yrs experience in interior or construction industry
Should have completed at least 20 Interior Projects (Design / Turnkey )
Should be able to acquire knowledge on Relationship management.
Should have basic knowledge of marketing and sales.
Must have Site Experience (should be confident that proposed designs can be installed with minimum hassle at site)
Exposure to residential projects is mandatory.
Google Sketchup software knowledge
Strong communication skills – Both verbal and written communication skills to be able to construct and defend ideas / designs / pricing.
Communication in English is mandatory and the local language is also desirable.
