Position Summary
The Content author would be a part of Content Author Team. They would work with Project Manager and Developers to ensure that the website content for the clients is entered and updated as per the requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Populate the content in CMS and style and format it for the clients’ websites.
Review the webpages after the content authoring.
Maintain best practices for nomenclature of the web pages and other content elements (Images/videos/documents etc).
Liaise with Project Manager to ensure that the content is received from the client in the required format and in time.
Carry out content audit and pro-actively raise concerns with the PM to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
Work collaboratively with other Content specialists on the project.
Creating the Content Entry Manuals for clients
Occasionally conduct training sessions for the clients on Sitecore
Carry out peer reviews.
Skills Required:
