We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Customer Service Executive, GSC’s.
In this role, you will:
Good communication skills – Written & Verbal
Experience in a processing environment.
Evidence of good analytical, statistical and data mining skills to study trends.
Ability to understand and interpret numeric data and Strong Excel skills.
Attention to detail.
Proven track record of strong focus towards high levels of Quality and Customer Service.
Ability to multi-task, depending on the criticality of the tasks.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Self – motivated and should be able to work under minimal supervision.
Good team player.
Flexibility to work in different shifts including weekends.
Strong Relationship building skills.
Quick Learner.
Exposure to Payments processing environment.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritized.
The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting.
