We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Executive Accounts Payable Ops GSC’s.
. Principal responsibilities:
Individual Contributor supporting UAE Accounts Payable process.
Understand business requirements and ensure service delivery in line with agreed service level agreements and business expectations in general.
Acquire complete understanding of relevant process and monitor the queues.
Ability to handle escalations and complaints and resolve complex process related queries
Monitoring ‘Service Quality’ of the process to ensure high Customer Service Standards.
Produce, analyze and interpret MI to support/improve performance.
Identify and escalate potential showstoppers and provide solutions.
Identify opportunities for process re-engineering / improvement and initiate best-practice sharing.
Understand the control environment and drive / implement controls
Ensure compliance with Audit requirements for respective area
Build professional relationship with colleagues in the related process and other areas
Requirements
Requirements:
A Commerce Post Graduate with 3+ years of experience or B.Com with 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable function. (E)
Good Communication skills – Both verbal and written in English (E)
Knowledge of end to end Accounts payable activities. (Preferred)
Exposure to accounts payable applications and database handling with good knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word) (E)
Good analytical, statistical and data mining skills to study trends, make projections and to interpret numeric information (Preferred)
Knowledge and experience in planning and organizing techniques as well as in problem solving techniques (Preferred)
Ensure control processes are in place to maintain data integrity
Ability to build rapport within team and relate to a wide range of people.
Flexible to work in shift s (E)
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
