HST Global Looking for Engineering Manager [ReactJS and Typescript] at Bgalore s Full Time

Lead and manage agile teams of developers to build, deliver, and support strategic commercial initiatives at scale. Responsible for engineering of digital platforms, enabling value-driven business use cases.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage scrum teams of 2-5 development teams leading technical execution and delivery of new initiatives
• Ensure that technical solutions are in line with company standards with respect to architecture, security, compliance, testing and product direction
• Implement industry best practices and tools to continually improve teams’ ability to deliver and maintain solutions
• Attract, Mentor, guide, coach, coordinate training opportunities and support individual growth of direct reports

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, information science or related field, or equivalent work required

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:

• 10+ years’ experience building and supporting large scale and highly available technology solutions and directly managing or leading a team(s) of developers.
• Experience in retail industry preferred
