Performing Quality checks for the team
Supported team leads in preparing multiple reports
Handling all client calls and sharing the support and knowledge to the team members
Providing support required in automation with all adequate data on time
Providing support on creating claims
Job Responsibilities: –
Validating and adjudicating claims
End to end claim settlement – from receiving, to processing and finally settlement
Voice Process – Involves interacting with clients & customer
5 day working; fixed weekend off
Notice Period – up to 60 days only
