Job Description:
1. Data checking as per candidates authenticity,
2. Handlolding with placement team in field,
3. Checking all palcement related documents on daily basis,
4. KB Data Preparation,
5. Report and data maintaining on Excel sheet or google sheet,
6. Preparation of Govt. and HO/RO Specified reports,
7. Ministry+other Coordination, Letter Creations, Forms uploadation,
8. Organising and maintaining files/record/MIS,
9. Conduct placement verification through ERP system,
10. Prepare Daily, weekly and monthly report on verification,
11. Cross check the authanticity of documents through telephnic call,
12. Center Share Release (DDU-GKY ),
13. Taking Minutes of meetings, if any,
14. Follow up with team for day to day reporting.
