Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as information management, records management, or business administration) or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years’ experience as a Document Controller, 2 years as a Senior DC.
Experience with document management systems or software (BIM360, Unifier, Sharepoint etc.)
Proficiency in using productivity tools like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other document control software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards related to document control (e.g., ISO standards, regulatory requirements).
