Idea Telecom Services is currently seeking a Fresher Tamil Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position will be a work-from-home opportunity.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our Tamil-speaking clients. You will handle customer inquiries and complaints, provide information about our services, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in Tamil, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently in a remote environment. No prior experience is required as we will provide training.
