Your responsibilities
You should optimize the IKEA shopping experience in your shop to secure satisfied customers and increase sales. You have the ability to maximize sales in your area of responsibility using knowledge of your particular product range, your top sellers, 3 Aces and 1 King and the local market and customers. You should use IKEA tools and the experience and expertise of your colleagues. You support the efficient working of the IKEA mechanical sales system to ensure the continued success of the IKEA Concept.
You should contribute to fulfilling the four tasks of the IKEA store i.e., act as a highly efficient, and staffed sales mechanism, show home furnishing solutions full of inspiring home furnishing ideas, serve as a well-qualified home furnishing specialist and provide a day out for the whole family.

To create satisfied customers in an efficient and effective way by using all media and sales channels available in order to attract and encourage more customers to visit more often and buy more. This is achieved by optimizing the sales priorities using commercial activities and securing the right forecasts for the total IKEA offer.
