Requirements

IT Knowledge:

• Knowledge in Windows OS
• Knowledge of Network Services and IT accessories
• Handling of all hardware and software related troubleshooting
• Experience in user requests handling & ticketing systems
• Knowledge in Virtual environments
• Knowledge in AD and its services
• Adherence to IT policies
• Any degree with relevant experience
• Work experience in similar environment
• Good communication Skills

If you are not having above mentioned IT knowledge, we need the candidates to at least have basic computer knowledge with documentation in MS Excel.
