Role Executive Recruiter / Technical Recruiter / Sr. Technical Recruiter for Non IT hiring

Mode of Work Work from Home Should have own personal Laptop and Wi-Fi connection (Laptop should have windows 10 upward version installed)

Office time – 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM IST

Working Days – Alternate Saturday is off

Salary Range – 12K to 16K per month

Role & Responsibility:
Responsible for handling Non IT requirements from Domestic clients. Specifically BSFI & Broking client hiring.

Responsible to work on Permanent/Full time position.

Responsible for sourcing, interviewing, scheduling and coordinating interview

Individual contributor role keeping oneself motivated and driving result on daily basis.

Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: Interview, Offer, Negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.

Sourcing from Job Portals (Naukri, Monster etc), Making job postings on the Job Portal.

Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.

Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.

Must be having capability to work with a team or individually.

Skill Required:
Ability to work individually and handle pressure and demands.

Must possess excellent verbal & written communication skills.

Dynamic/ Go getter/ Smart/ Energetic / Good Attitude/ Out Performer & willing to learn.

Highly organized and detail oriented

Qualifications

Any Graduate will do, Preferrred – B.Tech/B.E
