Institute of Health Management Research Hiring for Manager Admin & Personnel Job at Bangalore Full Time

• Assist Director in implementing general administrative procedure to manage Institute activity in line with the Personnel Policy.
• Maintain office work including day to day office management.
• Manage procurement and logistic for project equipment’s/supply.
• Coordinate day to day operation in managing academic and training programs i.e. class room arrangements/requirements/student arrival.
• Maintenance of office building and hostel supervision and Coordinating and Preparing of AMC’s of all office equipment’s for the concern location.
• Verification of bills pertaining to Accounts.
• Logistics, Travel and Transport; Monitoring Day to day bus movement, Booking of hotels, Air, Train & Bus tickets.
• Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software.
• Co-ordination/Liaison with various departments (both Internal as well as External) as and when required.
• Organizing the Classrooms for the Exams and all the other related requirements.
• Organizing Meetings, Conference & Events.
• Maintain top Confidentiality & Secrecy.
• To check the Purchasing of Stationery, cleaning items and other items required for the Institute from time to time.
• Co-ordination/Liaison with various Agencies/Departments.
• Assist Accounts/HR whenever any co-ordination is required.
• Support the Director in overall Administration / Maintenance.
• Participate in institutional activities as a part of decentralized management.
• The delegation of the responsibilities into various Committees will be done by the Director and reports through the Chairperson of the Committee.
• Attending training programs / workshops as a part of Staff Development Program in order to improve the skills and learning new skills by getting prior approvals from the Director.

Caretaking of Canteen/Hostel / Mess / and any other Institutional activities

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹50,000.00 – ₹70,000.00 per month
