eCommerce listing creation and optimization
Product catalog management
Handing Order processing
Product description writing
eCommerce Inventory management
Customer Support
Basic photo editing resizing
eCommerce competitor analysis and market research
Social media management and analysing customer insights
Required
Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
Solid organizational skills
Excellent time management skills
Able to work on all morning, evening and night shifts
Experience with excel spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
Respond to emails and phone calls
