Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide AI software engineering knowledge and technical expertise to deliver unique software and applications.
Productionalize state-of-the-art research into maintainable and well-engineered AI software.
Improve AI/Machine learning models by conducting experiments and analyzing results toaddress business requirements.
Coordinate with various teams to solve problems efficiently and effectively.
Collaborate with other engineers and scientists on projects and ideas.
Mentor freshers and interns.
Educational:
Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience or Master’s degree with at least 3 years of experience. The final year project must involve the use of deep learning.
Must have a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Applications,
Computer Engineering, or Machine Learning from IIT (If studied in India) or a top-ranking university/institute (if studied abroad).
Technical:
Exceptional Python programming skills.
Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Familiarity with training production-level deep learning models such as Feed Forward neural networks, CNN, LSTM, GANs, etc.
Experience in deploying efficient and optimized ML models with tensor, on, or triton inference server frameworks with fast API.
Demonstrated experience in successfully solving ML problems in NLP/CV.
A high level of attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and consistent engineering documentation.
Should have prior experience setting up CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) and working with GitHub.
Container Technologies: Kubernetes, Docker, Red Hat OCP.
Cloud Platforms: Azure. (App Services, Log Analytics, Functions, Storage, Indexing Service, DevOps, Key Vault).
Prior experience building a chatbot is a plus.
Other:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.
A desire to contribute to and maintain the company values and culture.
Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Strategic thinking with the ability to work independently and in a group under tight deadlines.
