About the Team:
The Retirement BPaaS team provides services to Third Party Administrators in the US, managing day-to-day operations and annual administration and reporting of Defined Contribution plans via FIS Retirement Products.
What You Will Be Doing:
As an Account Services Associate Senior, your primary responsibility will be to handle daily tasks related to the administration of a DB or DC retirement plan. This may include tasks such as enrollments, contributions, distributions, loans, fund management, new business, conversion, investment elections change, transfers, and other assigned processes.
You may also need to collaborate with other FIS departments to address any application or hardware issues related to the daily functions.
General Duties & Responsibilities:
Process assigned tasks for retirement plan administration, following specific procedures.
Handle activities such as enrollments, contributions, distributions, loans, fund management, new business, conversion using various systems and software.
Achieve or exceed target goals for service level agreements (SLAs), such as turnaround time, productivity, and quality.
Identify and resolve any discrepancies in the assigned processes.
Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP) and participate in team meetings.
Commit to ongoing training and development and comply with all security and company policies.
What You Bring:
3-5 years of industry experience in the US Retirement Domain.
Ability to understand, learn, and follow detailed procedures.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in working with computers and good keyboard skills.
Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and take on additional tasks.
Positive attitude, adaptability to change, and ability to work in a team.
Self-starter with multitasking and deadline management abilities.
Reliable, flexible, and willing to work shifts and overtime if required.
Desired Knowledge / Experience:
Familiarity with financial terminology and understanding of the financial services industry will be an advantage.
Experience in processing financial transactions and working with FIS Retirement Applications like Omni, Relius, etc.
Qualifications:
Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Management/Administration, or a related field of study.
Competencies:
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with different groups and complete assigned tasks.
Attention to detail to understand customer requirements and ensure adherence to procedures.
