This role will majorly focus on Work Force Management. Strong technical abilities with knowledge of financial systems/related process workflows and the ability to simplify/analyze large data sets in order to tell the story behind the financials and headcount movements will be critical for this role.
Job Responsibilities :
Drive data integrity & governance for tech labor headcount for planning, budget & forecasting. Focus on governance, and reporting for GRE / corporate submission. Also work on hiring prioritization, set guidance and framework, produce reporting and analysis for CCB Technology.
Provide headcount reporting for the CCB tech business and manage the cost center hierarchy and changes requested to the same. Analyze and interpret data relating to workforce trends and provide insights.
Set guidance for plan, workforce targets for Tech F&BMs in partnership with P&A and Planning COE. Analyze CCB Tech Finance headcount and provide forward-looking insights to CCB Technology, along with scenario analysis.
Monitor and govern employee requisitions, hiring and attrition and ascertain patterns and trends. Collaborate with extended teams outside CCB Technology to identify and ascertain best practices. Manage and govern the internal workforce management tool for better control and quality reporting, and also troubleshoot as per requirement.
Focus on Headcount Location strategy reporting for actual and budget, and ensure adherence to the location mix as per guidance. Create workforce management review decks for senior management that clearly articulate the workforce story/strategy to the F&BM and technology stakeholders (monthly CTO-1 decks)
Create dynamic workforce related reporting and partner with Finance & Business Management teams to track and report various results and metrics. Provide ad-hoc headcount analysis to senior management on a frequent basis. Identify opportunities and recommend improvements for increased process and reporting efficiencies Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness in all headcount reporting and presentations
Adhere to internal compliance policies and other business reporting requirements
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Bachelors degree required – degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred
In-depth knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint and knowledge of Essbase and SAP preferable
Experience with visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau preferred
Experience partnering in either a Finance and/or Business Management capacity and providing insights/recommendations to senior management
Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner that tells the story behind financials in a compelling way
Confident and personable attitude with the ability to face off with senior management at all levels, influence/handle difficult messages, problem solve, and resolve conflicts
Detail oriented individual capable of completing reporting and analytics accurately, on a timely basis, and in a presentable manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must
