JPMorgan Chase & Co Looking for Futures and Derivatives Clearing Operations – Refrence Data at Bengaluru, Karnataka Full Time

Job Responsibilities:
Product and Instrument – Setup / Amend / Delete:– Setup & Maintenance of Product and Instrument reference data within the Cleared Derivatives Tech systems. Corporate Action processing:- Update the reference data relating to Instrument and adjust the corresponding client positions on Core platforms used by Cleared Derivatives business. Reference Data analysis and remediation:- Analyse the reference data issues identified and fix them by updating the data on the Cleared Derivatives Tech systems.

Limit setup and maintenance:– Maintain and update of Position & Exchange Limits for Clients on the Cleared Derivatives Tech systems. Account attributes setup and maintenance:- Setup & Maintain Internal & External Accounts on Cleared Derivates Tech systems. Setup and maintenance of general reference data attributes to support the Derivatives Clearing business.

Publish KPIs/KRIs metrics for F&O to the stakeholders at an agreed frequency (daily, weekly, monthly). Reggulatory reporting:- Ensure timely review and update for regulatory reporting attributes pertaining to EMIR and MIFID. Ensure data quality of upstream systems and raise issues to reduce reference data gaps there by reducing manual work.

Collteral review: Review collateral haircuts that are maintained in the cleared derivatives technology to ensure accurancy and to ensure changes in haircuts are captured in a timely basis. Interest rate benchmarks: set, update and maintain Interest rate benchmark information from multiple sources. Membership registration on EFS platform for NA echanges.

The other responsibility for this position would be – Perform daily reviews of the tasks performed by the team. Adherence to controls and compliance requirements

Perform daily/monthly activities for the Data Management / MIS function. Reference data maintenance on various front end systems

Reporting and Analysis, Query handling and projects. Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with the Business partners as well as the people in the Client support groups

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
Bachelor’s degree /Post Graduate Degree in Finance. Work Exp of 6-10 years in finance Domain.

Product knowledge in Derivatives/Fixed Income and Equities spaces. Exposure to Corporate Action processing, Instrumnet Set up’s in GMI

Experienced in business analysis, identify and define solutions by analyzing data. Working experience with F&O product reference Data

Strong analytical, time management, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Strong quantitative and analytical background with a good knowledge of data Alteryx,

Excellent communication and presentations skills across various stakeholders and senior management. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, detail oriented, and strong interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze and resolve project-related issues and follow through with set objectives. Able to work independently with minimum supervision
