Job Responsibilities:
Provide subject matter expertise for Commercial Bank Implementations related to implementation of treasury service products
Provide Implementation New Hire Support through training sessions and 1×1 meetings modeling best in class treasury implementations maintaining controls agenda to ensure policies and procedures serve the client and protect the firm
Demonstrate client centric focus leveraging verbal and written communication coupled with project management tools
Provide guidance on how to best partner with coverage teams and subject matter experts to drive collaboration and resolve issues in an effort to provide an outstanding client experience
Identify, execute and lead innovative continuous improvement onboarding solutions focused on end-to-end ownership of the client experience
Partner with other middle office teams to provide a consistent experience to internal clients
The final officer title and job grade is at the discretion of the firm and will be discussed at the time of offer. It may be different than what is listed on the requisition based on candidate experience level.
Required Qualification, Skills and Capabilities:
2+ years of Treasury Implementations
Strong leader combined with demonstrated experience in structuring and managing projects with competing resources, priorities and changing workflows
Previous experience adapting to a fast paced, changing, dynamic client-facing work environment while driving results
Excellent interpersonal, influencing, communication and partnership skills
Ability to anticipate, analyze and create data to provide holistic insights with a knack for creative, visual story telling
Passion for learning new working models, technologies and industry trends
Motivated and results oriented creative thinker
Expert level abilities in Microsoft Office Suite
