Remote Onboarding Coordinator
The CWOC (Contingent Worker Operations Center) Remote Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for the Scheduling, Tracking and Facilitation of Contingent Workers who are joining JPMC, and will be working 100% remote (not in a JPMC Facility)
Using CWOC & HR Data, the RO Coordinator will verify Readiness for Day1 Onboarding. This includes checking for Tech Readiness, Ready-to-Work /Security Clearance and current Start Dates.
Scheduling via email invitation is completed as appropriate based on Start Dates and Readiness.
Remote Onboarding sessions are facilitated to assist new joiners complete the setup of their JPMC Credentials, and Login to the JPMC Workspace.
Session tracking and metrics to be completed for status reporting to CWOC management.
Assistance with other CWOC related processes/functions as needed.
