We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Relationship Executive to contribute to generating sales for the company & manage related operations & MIS on computer. You will be responsible for closing sales deals & handling complaints & doubts over the Webchat/ Phone/ Email/ Whatsapp/ Zoom call and maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective CRE at Keeros must have excellent verbal & written communication skills, very good Computer skills – especially in Excel & PPT & have superior people skills.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Minimum 1 years’ experience in sales (lead generation preferred)
Excellent phone manners, articulation & communication skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Good Computer & Internet Skills with Ability to work on MS Excel, Word, Power point etc
Excellent track record of successfully meeting Sales targets
Cool-tempered and ability to handle rejection
