About the role
Location: Tumkur
Reporting to- HR Manager
Documentation & maintain of all HR & Admin records
Proactive approach towards addressing the admin & Site services issues
Execution of all the development, engagement, initiatives of the department.
Implementation of all the HR Policies and procedures cross the plant
Prepare monthly HR matrices and maintain the documents.
Timely preparation of monthly returns and submissions.
Execute the admin activities and welfare activities as per plant plan.
Support All the Social & other audits
Key responsibilities
Graduation /M.S.W With 1 TO 2 years of experience in the HR Domain with Proven working experience as HR admin or site services
People oriented and results driven
Hands on experience in admin and site services
Ability to face people with patience and listening
Ability to co-ordinate and collaborate with other team members to achieve results.
Ability to understand the others point of view and have empathy towards employee
