Job Description:
Oracle R/12 Financials Consultant to effectively deliver/implement Tax Transformation Projects
Location : Mumbai / Pune
Primary Skills:
Finance domain experience with at least 1-2 end to end implementation experience Modules – General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Assets
Required Experience and skills:
Must have 3-7 years of relevant experience as a resource in full lifecycle Oracle Financials implementations with at least 1 – 2 end to end Oracle Financials R/12 implementations for Indian Clients
Must have experience in Country India version: TCS / TDS / GST
Experience with the following:
GL: Configuration and setting up. Awareness on the key features provided by Oracle GL – Revaluation, consolidation, general options, and reporting
AP: Work Bench details, Setups and configurations, key reports, details on specific standalone features provided by Oracle
AR: End to End awareness of Order to Cash Cycle. Key Functionalities of auto accounting, Auto Invoice interface generation and creation of statements and dunning letter.
Fixed Assets: Asset Creation process – Manual and Automatic. Awareness of Asset category definitions – Depreciation rule, methods, etc. Creation of Asset Books and Calendars.
Hands on experience in executing tasks and deliverables in all phases of a project lifecycle like design, build/configuration, training, testing, deploy and support
Demonstrated experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, executing fit-gap analysis
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including effective ability to handle client facing roles
Ability to effectively manage multiple clients/projects effectively
Ability to effectively work independently and anticipate next steps and tasks on projects
Team player – proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment. Experience in an onshore, offshore team structure is a plus
Strong understanding of business processes and effective analytical skills
Additional Desired Skills
