Kunato is a New York based IT firm creating the first marketplace that monetizes digital content on the internet (I-commerce). The technology (patent granted) is a quantitative deep learning system that predicts, assigns, and updates the value of any digital content in real time without the need for human intervention. The current system has the potential to create a new digital goods marketplace that will revolutionize the way we consume, create, advertise and search for content on the Internet.

We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to join our team to help bring onboard experts to our team. Your goal is to help find, engage and hire consultants and leadership talent for the company. You will be focused solely on the critical roles that will be responsible for the future of the company. You will be responsible for leading searches for engineering, product management, UX/design, operations, and related leaders in technology functions.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• CORE/RECRUITMENT – This is not a managerial role, and we are seeking someone who will expertly lead and execute recruitment efforts along with the executive search process and build a network in the external talent market.
• Partner with our leadership and Research team and other resources to identify, engage, evaluate, and recruit candidates for junior to executive roles.
• Manage the talent acquisition process, which includes collaborating with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings, recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.
• Source passive and inactive candidates / Headhunting.
• Search resume databases for the most fit candidates.
• Determine the effectiveness and success of current recruiting plans and strategies.
• Write and proofread job descriptions.
• Manage end-to-end executive search process and engagements from inception to completion (e.g., identifying qualified external talent, client management, candidate engagement, candidate experience, partnering with leadership team and other stakeholders).
• Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommend best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
• Perform HR-related tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior Recruitment experience in a STARTUP company.
• MUST be experienced and comfortable working in a REMOTE setup.
• A minimum of 2 years of CORE recruitment experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field required.
• Experience in hiring consultants in the digital network (digital/mobile/internet).
• MUST have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Through knowledge of consultancy-related laws and regulations.
• MUST be able to join the company immediately (within 1 week).
